A new Pilates studio in Bali, Maison Pilates required a launch strategy that matched its vision and long-term growth potential. We managed every phase of the brand’s debut — from digital branding and organic content to paid advertising and community activation. Our team curated the soft opening and official launch, led influencer partnerships, and selected lifestyle brands for the studio’s in-house shop. The result: a complete ecosystem designed to position Maison Pilates as a new reference point for movement and well-being in Bali.
